Allow 3-5 business days for a response to email. We are a small, family-owned bakery, and will try to respond to your email as soon as possible.  Emails are great for inquiries about design and price, but it is best to call us to place an order.  Please leave your name, phone number and date of order on all emails and messages.   Leaving an email or message on our machine is not a guarantee for a cake!

Directions:

We are located in the same shopping center as Pizza Hut, Fuller & Son, and Freddie’s stationary on Hwy 10.

From I430, take the Cantrell exit and go west toward Hwy 10. Once you pass Krogers on the right, you will go through one stoplight.  We are located on the right, just BEFORE the second stoplight (Taylor Loop).  Walgreens is past the Taylor Loop stoplight-  don’t go there!

Complaints

If you aren’t thrilled with your cake, please call us at 868-7771 and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Once you have left with your cake, we assume you liked it, accepted it and we will not give refunds for anything we could have fixed, (though we will fix just about anything if you ask nice). Extra charges may apply, especially if we have to remake your cake, due to dropping, brake slamming, dog eating…and other disasters. Also, because we have no control over what happens to the cake once it leaves our shop, we do not give refunds for damages that may occur during transport. If it is concerning the taste of the cake, we ask that you bring a portion of the cake back to the shop so we can determine if something was wrong with the cake or…gasp!..maybe you aren’t a fan of our style of scratch made deliciousness.
