Think outside the Box!

We are a scratch bakery. This means we make everything from scratch and in-house with no preservatives and quality ingredients. It also means we must bake fresh every day and refrigerate our cakes to help keep the ingredients, such as mousses, custards, fruit, and other homemade fillings, fresh. Cold cakes are more firm and do not release the true flavor of the cakes. Please bring to room temperature before serving.

Because we bake from scratch, there may be slight variances in our products. Please let us know if these are on the negative or positive side. We care what you think!

 

        

The Lewandowski’s

Steve and Jan Lewandowski both trained at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona, where we discovered our love for confectionery arts (and each other!.) We have continued our training through cake classes, seminars with top pastry chefs, and years of hands-on experience.  Jan is also an ACF Certified Executive Pastry Chef and a faculty baking instructor with the PTC Arkansas Culinary School.
